Tips for Great Bug Reports

Be Specific

Include exact details about what you were doing and what went wrong. "App crashes" is less helpful than "App crashes when I tap 'Save' on automation rules."

Include Steps

List the exact steps to recreate the issue. This helps us reproduce and fix the bug faster.

One Bug Per Report

If you've found multiple issues, please submit separate reports for each one. This helps us track and fix them individually.

Check First

Make sure you're running the latest version of Dragon IoT. Many issues are resolved in updates.
